Our history

Our company's current focus is built on a consulting tradition that has grown over decades and was shaped to a large extent by Hans-Jürgen Brauer.

As early as 1995, he founded his first consultancy, focusing on SAP-based merchandise management and logistics processes. It grew into a high-performing organisation that was particularly successful in the retail sector. In the mid-2000s, the company was transferred to EDEKA, where it laid a foundation for the SAP expertise of today's EDEKA IT.

After a two-year break, he founded Brauer Consulting – again with a clear focus on logistics processes in merchandise management. The project experience gained was consistently developed further and aligned with new technological and organisational requirements.
